Cardiac Analyst – Austin, Texas

Local candidate only – working remotely is not an option.
This position is available in Austin, Texas. The Cardiac Analyst will provide professional ECG data interpretation and analysis using multiple platforms in accordance with the company’s quality procedures and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Interpretation and documentation of incoming patient ECG data, identification of abnormal variation in heart rhythm related to arrhythmias, heart blocks, pacemakers and Myocardial Infarctions.
  • Review ECG report and ensure proper strip documentation
  • Documentation and interpretation of patient triggers and diary entries.
  • Educated on and compliant with HIPAA regulations
  • Telephonic coordination of patient care and emergency protocols based on individual physician protocols; telephonic support for patients being monitored including troubleshooting monitor devices.
  • Answer incoming physician calls.
  • Complete all assigned training.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Qualified candidates include Cardiac Technicians, Kinesiologists, Licensed Paramedics, EMT with ACLS, graduate of an accredited EKG school or equivalent training/experience in interpreting cardiac arrhythmias.
  • CCT/CRAT Certification (required within 120 days of training).
  • Excellent arrhythmia interpretation, verbal and written communication skills and commitment to quality patient care
  • Knowledge of medical terminology specific to anatomy and physiology of the heart
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Customer Engagement Representative – Bannockburn, IL

The Customer Engagement Representative will assist in revenue generation for the company by actively supporting the business development managers in the assigned territories and providing exceptional customer service support to our patients and clients. This position is the primary point of contact for clients and business development managers to ensure we provide a best in class customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best in class customer support and increase the client experience.
  • Adhere to service level standards focused on response times and issue resolution.
  • Maintain positive professional relationships inside and outside the organization.
  • Assist in leading client expansion opportunities and implementation of new clients.
  • Serve as a key member in the revenue cycle process to capture complete patient information.

Benefit/Billing Specialist – Bannockburn, IL

The Benefit/Billing Specialist will assist in revenue generation for the company by utilizing collections best in class strategies and methodologies in order to maximize reimbursement. This position will be responsible for billing & collections, denial resolution, and posting accounts to minimize aged receivables.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver best in class patient support, cultivate and maintain a courteous and service-oriented relationship with patients, insurance, and customers.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate billing, follow-up and pending claims to ensure full accountability.
  • Manage outstanding insurance/patient balances, denials, aging A/R, insurance follow up, and payment posting.
  • Review deposit and payment batches for potential trends or resolve potential payment issues.
  • Post and reconcile collection accounts to ensure accounts are allocated appropriately.
  • Follow policies and procedures that produce high quality customer service.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop processes/procedures to address issues with insurance carriers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in accounts receivable/collections in medical billing/insurance (Medicare, HMO, Managed Care, PPO, Private Insurance and Worker’s Compensation).
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Knowledge of health insurance claim processing and third-party reimbursement.
  • Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) HCFA 1500 professional billing experience a plus.
