There is no cost to your office. G Medical provides free equipment and supplies to our clinicians. Simply notify us via phone or email when necessary.

Once the data is uploaded to our portal, our clinicians will review, and generate a report, usually within 24 hours. If a STAT report is needed, please call our 24-hour lab at 1.800.747.4455 for STAT processing.

Yes. We must receive a completed patient order form to process the prescription. You may fill out the online form or fax over the signed patient enrollment form. Any delay in getting this information will result in a delay in reporting. Please call our customer service team at 1.800.595.2898 and we will work with you to identify the simplest way to transmit the required information.

We work with all insurance companies, including out-of-network insurance providers, to get the claim processed and paid.

Patients are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance dictated by the patient’s health insurance plan. G Medical provides dedicated patient advocates and flexible payment options to help offset any financial burden.
