Dr. Yacov Geva – President & CEO, G Medical Innovations, Inc.

Dr. Geva is a well-known pioneer in medical technologies and remote patient monitoring services. As the founder of LifeWatch AG (former Card Guard AG and Card Guard Scientific Survival Ltd.), he successfully led the company to an IPO. Until 2014, Dr. Geva was a member and the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Corporate CEO of LifeWatch AG. From 1979 to 1989, Dr. Geva served as Chief Mechanical Engineer with Vishay Israel, a subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology, USA. Dr. Geva holds a B.Sc in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering, a Ph.D. (with honors) in Business Administration from the International School of Management, Paris and an honorary doctorate from Oxford Brooks University. Dr. Geva is also a senior member of the royal society of medicine in the UK (RSM).

Dr. Kenneth R. Melani – Non-Executive Chairman

Dr. Kenneth Melani has over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry as a provider, supplier, and insurer. He began his career in 1981 as a practicing physician growing his internal medicine practice into the largest multi-specialty physician practice in Western Pennsylvania. In the mid 1980’s, he helped start a physician hospital organization, West Penn Cares, where he became the CEO. In this role he prepared the organization for managed care risk sharing contracts (known as ACO’s today). In addition, he started seven successful for-profit health services businesses. In 1989 he joined Highmark Inc. (formerly known as Blue Cross of Western Pennsylvania) where he spent the next 23 years of his career in a variety of positions including Chief Medical Officer, President of Health Related Services, and EVP, Strategy and New Business Development. In 2003, he was named the President and CEO of Highmark Inc. During his nine and half year tenure he grew the company into one of the largest and most diversified health care companies in the United States, serving over 32 million individuals.

Rafi Heumann – Chief Operating Officer

Mr Heumann is an experienced operations and business executive with a proven ability to drive efficiency and business value. Mr. Heumann brings with him advanced skills in strategic planning, international negotiations and business development. Mr. Heumann is a results-oriented leader with extensive experience in directing complex projects. His expertise in streamlining efficiencies demonstrated great success in reducing costs to the value of millions of dollars in his past roles as COO in the US. He has more than 20 years’ experience in Hi-Tech, mHealth, and services industries. Mr. Heumann attained his business management education from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.

Petya Nikolova – Vice President, Finance

Mrs. Nikolova is a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, business modeling and analysis. Prior to G Medical, she served as a Financial Director at LifeWatch, and was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures, financing activities and consolidation of the financial statements. She established processes to standardize financial reporting requirements for multi-national teams and helped drive process improvements and standardization. Ms. Nikolova is a certified CPA in Illinois, holds an MBA in Finance at DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois, and a BS, Finance from Coastal Carolina University, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Xenia Richter – Vice President, Reimbursement

Mrs. Richter has more than 20 years of experience managing and improving revenue cycle operations in the healthcare industry, and has extensive knowledge of insurance operating procedures, value-based reimbursement and federal CMS guidelines. Prior to G Medical, she held a key role as Director of Revenue Cycle Operations at North Shore University Health Systems, a large integrated healthcare delivery system in the Chicago area. Prior to North Shore, she led reimbursement and collections operations at LifeWatch. She studied at Loma Linda University in California and earned a Masters in Health Administration, a BS in Health Information Management, and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).

Jana McNabb – Director, Clinical Services

Mrs. McNabb is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong work history in the industry. She is skilled in all faucets of business, including clinical operations, strategic planning, analytics, project planning, project development, customer satisfaction and coaching. In her prior role with Frontera Strategies, Mrs. McNabb was responsible for overseeing daily operations, including sales of cardiac, pulmonary, vascular, and nerve conduction mobile diagnostic services. She recruited and led a team of clinicians and technicians that served multiple provider markets and delivered exceptional clinical services. Mrs. McNabb was recognized by Frontera as their most outstanding employee for leadership, excellence, and performance. Mrs. McNabb has a BS in Exercise Health and Science from the University of Calgary, and holds CCT, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
